Energy in Action!

$25Energy in Action at Brookhaven National Lab!
Students will become familiar with basic electrical circuits and the science behind alternative sources of energy. Participants will work in teams to design, construct, and troubleshoot off-the-grid, model housing designs. The activities included are: building a wind turbine, making as solar cell, design and build a model house powered by wind and solar and also investigate chemical properties of metals used in batteries.

($25 Registration refund provided upon completion of the program)
