Executive Director
Renee Flagler
Under the visionary leadership of Executive Director Renee Flagler, Girls Inc. of Long Island has expanded its reach by 30% across Long Island school sites, serving approximately 1,000 girls annually. Renee's decade-long tenure has elevated the organization’s visibility and impact both locally and nationally, earning national recognition within the Girls Inc. Network. Her efforts have opened doors to unique opportunities for middle and high school girls, including mentoring days, hackathons, conferences, high-profile campaigns, and peer engagement with other affiliates. Many alumnae have achieved academic and professional success, attending prestigious HBCUs (Historically Black Colleges & Universities), securing federal research positions, and interning with the U.S. Department of State. Renee Flagler will now embark on a new journey as President of a national non-profit organization.
