Monica Kim currently serves as the Interim Executive Director of Girls Inc. of Long Island. A seasoned leader with deep ties to both the Long Island affiliate and Girls Inc. National, Monica brings extensive experience and unwavering dedication to the organization's mission of empowering the new generation of female leaders. Before stepping into her interim role, Monica served as Head of Operations at Girls Inc. of Long Island and previously worked with Girls Inc. National, bringing deep insight into the challenges and opportunities girls face today. As the mother of a Girls Inc. alumna, she brings both professional expertise and a personal passion for the mission, ensuring steady leadership during this transition.
